I was already prepared to send them back and get a replacement when a couple days later I saw I had gotten an email from the company asking how everything was. I ordered 2 fixtures from Your Light Site and 1 of them was lost by UPS. Ms Rushing kept me informed everday and had a new fixture shipped to me right away. She was great at following up and while I was upset that my fixture was late arriving, she did everythin she could to help. When things don't go 100% right, it was nice to have someone on my side.
